inappropriate here to the Consortium of Turin, where there arises the problem of not trusting the butcher, in a technical sense. This is the realm of tartare: Fasson the raw with egg that seems to already born with a caul, is one of the proofs of the existence of Turin. And if you want a little 'out of the Piedmontese and the cage petrinesco kilometer zero, use one of their anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, the sea English where they are caught with nets to find this beautiful and underrated fish. The perfect place to sing the hits of teeth: "I put my hands in my pocket and I spat on the table, I love a good appetite." And to list ten reasons to avoid a restaurant. 1) tonnarelli split: a crime against humanity 2) two bottles of water and non-anonymous requests 3) wine list poor and sad 4) noise that even the Mötley Crüe 5) waiters willing but not able to say not even hello in Italian 6) white furnishings sadness 7) the first, cold appetizer that arrives before 8) the constant presence of the Minister Giorgia Meloni 9) bath, at the bottom left 10), the light timer in the bathroom, which goes on the better looking 11), herbal tea, herbal tea but it looks like a coffee.
Bonus: it is in the center, perfect if you are an employee of the Democratic Party off of the Nazarene.
Malus : there is enough.

House Coppelle
Rumer, the voice that has made a fool of Leonard Cohen and Burt Bacharach? In Rome, as a matter of Shells, there is a place that manages to convey the same sensations with pans, pots and red wines, instead of the vocal cords or low. House Coppelle know him, passing by the way, from its very clean, well lit and very, very smooth (maybe too well). The kitchen focuses on an odd pairing, Italian and Roman side by side (and sometimes mixed) with other French. More unique than a rarity, as a record in which Sinn Brassens interpret me die.
