Ma sono troppe le pecche, sia in cucina sia nel servizio. Per dirne una, abbiamo delibato uno straordinario Cabernet Gamla Rosso, 30 euro politicamente scorrette, visto che è prodotto dagli israeliani nelle alture di Golan (occupate). Ma tant'è, le vie del boicottaggio politico sono pericolose e non ci hanno mai convinto.
